Welcome to Professor Layton Addict!
The trilogy of Professor Layton puzzle games first went on sale in Japan, back in February 2007, where they quickly became very popular. It wasn't long before Nintendo and Level-5 started work on English versions. The first game in the series, Professor Layton and The Curious Village was released in North America in February 2008 and then later across Europe in November 2008. Challenging and fun for both the casual and more experienced gamer, Professor Layton and The Curious Village proved extremely popular over this side of the world, consistantly in the top 10 Amazon sales rank during 2009.
Due for release in the UK on September 25th 2009 and in North America on August 24th 2009, Professor Layton and Pandoras Box will be the second game in the series to hit the shops.
Each game is set in a different town, and follows the adventures of Professor Hershel Layton and his young apprentice, Luke. They progress through the games by solving a series of mini puzzles and mysteries set by citizens of the town.
This website has been set up by a fan of the game, as a place to discuss the puzzles, offer solutions, and build a community of Professor Layton addicts!
